Już tylko dwa tygodnie do debiutanckiego biegu. Dzisiejszy trening składał się z 3km tempem konwersacyjnym, kolejne 10km szybciej (drugi zakres) i ostatnie 2km schłodzenia wolnym tempem.
Zacząłem trochę za szybko, co skorygowałem na kolejnych dwóch odcinkach. Później przy mocniejszym akcencie, najpierw spotkał mnie podbieg, z którym całkiem dobrze sobie poradziłem. Pobiegłem obwodnicą za Makro i okrężną drogą skierowałem się do Szczawna. Poniżej tempa 5min/km udało mi się zejść tylko na 10 i 13 kilometrze, ale pomimo tego uznaję trening za bardzo udany.
