Moje gardło czuje się trochę lepiej, ale pojawił się katar 🙁 Początek planu znakomity…jak nie gardło to nos. Założyłem na szyję BUFF’kę i ruszyłem na 10km bieg. Dzisiaj również wybrałem się do lasu, żeby nie narażać się na podmuchy wiatru. Hasanie po lesie ma jeszcze inne plusy- mniej kręcących się ludzi, zapach świeżo ściętych i poukładanych w stosy drzew i przede wszystkim komfort dla stawów. Podejrzewam, że będę się w te rejony wybierał przy każdym treningu na dystansie 10km. Dłuższe wybiegania będę raczej zmuszony robić po twardszym gruncie.
Tym razem wybrałem trochę inną ścieżkę i trafiłem na fajny podbieg w okolicach Góry Borowiec Mały. Nie wiem czy byłem już na samym jej szczycie, ale widok jaki ujrzałem był naprawdę zjawiskowy. Góry, a między nimi prześwit w kierunku Wrocławia. Widoczność była tak dobra, że na horyzoncie było widać drapacza chmur dolnego śląska, Sky Tower’a. 🙂 Niestety po drodze napotkałem dwie takie obserwacyjne miejscówki (górskie skarpy), co spowodowało, że musiałem te dwa razy się zatrzymać. Postanowiłem, że jak będą zachodziły takie sytuacje, to mój dystans będę wydłużał w granicach 1km, dzisiaj wyszło niecałe 500m.
W ramach zajęć sprawnościowych powtórzyłem zestaw ćwiczeń z wtorku, czyli brzuszki i pompki. Hmmm….muszę poszukać jakiegoś urozmaicenia w tych zajęciach, żeby w rutynę nie popaść i się nie znudzić po kilku tygodniach 😀
Jako że tempo z poprzedniego treningu było lekko za szybkie, dzisiaj pobiegłem z typowo konwersacyjną prędkością 🙂 Jutro znowu dzień wolny od biegania…
